Commissioned by Buro19, I photographed the various business units of Schadenberg Groep. A fun project as part of a new marketing strategy to showcase the same branding and look across all business units.
Schadenberg's business units have been merged into a single organisation. Buro19 designed the marketing campaigns. To have relevant photography available, we built an image bank together. This features the employees. Schadenberg uses these images for things like the company profile page, the so-called staff directory, as well as relevant projects.
I regularly visit projects to top up the image bank. These could be project photos. Or employee portraits. But also for the so-called 'Faces' book'. The introduction page on the Schadenberg website.
The images will be stored in an image bank. This allows them to pick out an image for any communication whenever needed. That could be an advertising board, project board, or a banner. But also an article in a magazine, a blog post on the website, a press release, or another piece of media.
The common thread in the photography is the employees. They do the work and drive Schadenberg's success. That is why they are so important in the photography. They are the company's most important asset and they bring a human touch back to corporate photography.
