MY PHOTOGRAPHY

What is the most important capital in your business? That is your employees. Did you know that you see your employees longer than they see their partner and children?

Every employee wants to work for you. In this tight labour market, your employee has the choice of where they want to work, and they choose to do so in your organisation.

Besides your employees having all the knowledge and expertise in-house about your products and services and how they are manufactured. They are also your biggest ambassador. If they are enthusiastic and satisfied, they are part of your company DNA.

THE HUMAN TOUCH

By showing your employees in your corporate communications, you recognise their quality and professionalism. You show the person behind the professional. You show that you appreciate them. You bring the ‘human touch’ back into your corporate photography by showing their craftsmanship, professionalism and personality. You recognise and appreciate that they work for you.

By showcasing your skilled professionals in your corporate photography, you create a culture of respect and recognition. People appreciate that, and this positive approach becomes part of your company's DNA.

POSITIVE PORTRAITS

As a photographer, I capture this positivity and show it with my photos. In my business portraits, social media portraits, and project photography, you see people with a smile. People connect with people. The first thing you do when you look at a photo with a person? You look for the face, the eyes, the smile. Only then do you look further. A portrait with a smile radiates enjoyment. And when your client looks at a satisfied employee who enjoys their work, your client also knows they are getting a good product or service.

I am a purebred positive thinker myself. My glass is always half full and I am always looking for a positive vibe. I am a connector, and I love talking easily with people. Whether that is a CEO or an employee on the shop floor. I take the time to put them at ease so we can create a relaxed portrait together.

Do you also want to bring back the human touch to your corporate photography? Do you want to tell your entrepreneurial story with relaxed personal portraits?

IMAGE BANK

As a company, you want to have the photos we take together easily accessible. There are so many channels nowadays where you want to use the images. You want them to be easily available. You do this in an image bank. By using an image strategy, you determine what your business story is and which photography aligns with it. You can think of portraits of the management and employees. Projects you have completed. People at work. But also inspirational images of machines, production lines, and products, all to support your marketing. We determine which images you need and the right time to photograph them.

As an example: You want to photograph a large infrastructure project in the best possible weather. Large white clouds in a blue sky. If it rains, that doesn't give a positive feeling.

Employee portraits can then be photographed indoors again when it rains.   This way, there's an ideal moment for every photograph.

PHOTOGRAPHY FOR THE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY

As a manufacturing industry photographer, I visit many different places. One week that might be a construction company and the next week a food producer. What they all have in common is that they care deeply about their product and are proud of their people.

As a director, marketer, or HR employee, you know that your employees are the most important asset in your company. And that these employees work every day to make the company a success. You yourself are a cog in the big machine and find it important to let your employees tell the story of your company. Every person has their own story. All these personal stories are the success of your company.

Map out your work and production process. Show step by step what actually happens. These images are ideal when you want to document precisely what you do. But also as an illustration and in media publications. You're proud of what you make. and who makes it. Photos of work and production processes always go down a treat on your website. It gives your customer a peek behind the scenes.

As a photographer who wants to bring back the human touch to corporate photography, I capture your company and work processes, and translate the passion, knowledge, and expertise of your employees into beautiful, narrative portraits.

Are you proud of your company? And would you also like beautiful photos and portraits of your employees and business processes? Do you already have an image bank and want to fill it with my images, or would you also like to have an image bank? Then I am the right person for you.
